If one buys a hand mill in a dream, it means that he will get married, or that he will marry off his daughter, or that he will travel on business.

If the millstone is interpreted to mean a husband or a wife, then it represents respectful people.

(Flour; Moving around in a circle) In a dream, a miller represents a selfish person who is particularly interested in acquiring worldly gains and at whatever price it may cost. Ifone sees an old man being a miller in a dream, the old man here represents his grandfather, or one’s bosom friend and consequently one will prosper and become extremely wealthy from his business.

If the miller is a young and a strong man in the dream, then he represents a strong helper.

It should be noted that when relating a dream it should be done without adding anything to it or subtracting anything from it. For, if a person does this he spoils and corrupts the dream. Moreover, Rasoolullah (Sallallaahu alayhi wasallam) has strongly prohibited anyone from doing this.

His also reported as saying that anyone who invents a lie linking it to him or his (own) father or friend, he will not even smell the sweet fragrance of Jannah.

His also reported as saying: “There are three persons whom Allah will punish severely on the Day of Qiyaamah : a person who relates a false dream : he will be made to tie a knot between two grains of barley which he will never be able to do; a man who paints a picture of animate objects; he will be made to put life into them which he will never be able to do; a man who leads a people in Salaah while they dislike him”.

It is advisable for a person who sees an unpleasant or disturbing dream that he spits thrice on his left side as soon as he wakes up and thereafter seek Allah’s protection from the accursed devil. Plantingseeds in a dream represent the element ofprogeny and procreation. Scattered seeds on the ground in a dream mean bearing a child for each seed. As for the grains that are germinated for medicinal purpose, when seen in a dream, they mean acquiring knowledge that helps the person in question to increase his or herpiety and ascetic detachment from worldly matters. Pumpkin, cucumber, eggplant, sweet basil, chard, onion, cabbage, Indian corn and melon seeds in a dream mean abating or ceasing of difficulties and disturbances, or they could mean recovering from a terminal illness.

If one sees himself trying to plant something which is not a plant, or to place a seed in an unsuitable ground in a dream, it means that he is wasting his money and squandering his property.

To plant seeds in a dream also could mean knowledge, wealth or recognizing a noble trade. Sprouted seeds in a dream represent honor and status. However planting seeds in a dream also represent mixing with evil people.

(Granary; Pantry; Storrage room; Subterranean storehouse) An underground grain storage house in a dream represents a caring mother, a single parent or a foster mother. This interpretation comes from the example of a fetus in his mother’s womb and its dependence on her to supply the necessary nourishment. Once the stored food is consumed, then it is necessary to depend on a new source.

If one sees an underground granary demolished or filled with dirt in the dream, and if his mother is sick, it means that she may die from her illness. Ifone’s wife is pregnant, it means that she will soon deliver her infant.
